Hand to Hold Black Mamas Virtual Support Group-Friday 12 PM Central
Host: Arielle Lucas- I am a former NICU mom of 2. After being on hospital bed rest for 6 months my daughter was born at 30 weeks and spent 32 days in the NICU. My son was a Micro Preemie born at 27 weeks and spent 74 days in the NICU.

Black Mamas of the NICU is here to embrace our community! We want you to feel comfortable to talk about your experience, feelings, stressors and joys. Come share what you and your family faced while in the NICU or even now as your NICU baby grows.

Please join me and other NICU families via Zoom to listen or share your feelings. We will meet for an hour and discuss the challenges you are facing as a NICU parent, especially in this current pandemic. You are welcome to join us each week with video - or just listen in if you are spending time with your baby in the hospital.

If you have any questions, or if you have any topics you would like to discuss, please e-mail me in advance: arielle@handtohold.org

If you are a NICU professional (social worker, etc), please email us before the meeting, arielle@handtohold.org

Please add this meeting to your Calendar!

If you have a NICU graduate, we would love to have you join us as well!

También ofrecemos grupos en español.
