Hand to Hold Virtual Support for Black Families
A safe space for black families to come and connect through the shared experience of a NICU stay, and life after the NICU.

In this space, we will discuss the differences of being black in the NICU and the common obstacles we face as black parents. We will talk about the micro aggressions we face, advocating for your baby and the on going ups and downs in the NICU.

You are not obligated to stay the entire time dedicated for this group. We understand life goes one. Please feel free to leave the group as needed.

Facilitated by Cynthia Shogreen, a mental health therapist and NICU mom until May 2023.
You can choose to attend one or more of the following sessions.
